About the role

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will serve as the key interface between engineering, operations, and business teams to drive programs for Silicon devices, Soft-IP, and software tools. In this role, you will manage the scope, schedule, risk, reporting, issue resolution, and resources of complex FPGA programs.

What you'll do

• Drive the execution of FPGA Silicon programs through development phases including architecture, design, verification, validation, and release.
• Engage regularly with global stakeholders across Silicon, SW, SoftIP, HW, Operations, and Marketing to manage execution and issue resolution.
• Work with engineering teams to translate product requirements into working plans, establishing alignment on roles, responsibilities, metrics, and deliverables.
• Manage schedule, scope, resources, risks, and reporting to ensure timely commitment delivery.
• Provide regular communication, updates, and decision alignment to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

What you'll need

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including at least 5 years in a Program Management role.
• Experience in product lifecycle management for integrated circuits, packaging, validation, qualification, IP, or software tools.
• Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple internal and external dependencies and constraints.
• Proven track record of driving alignment, accountability, and delivering products on schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience managing foundry transfer activities.
• Experience driving security compliance and FuSa certification.
• PMP certification.
• Knowledge and experience with FPGAs.
