About the role
This role is responsible for starting, monitoring, and troubleshooting purification systems, as well as performing decontamination, sampling, and filling of products.
What you'll do
- Run purification systems under specific quality and engineering controls.
- Perform decontamination of manufacturing equipment.
- Sample, fill, and inspect final products.
- Pull chemistry samples and submit to the lab for analysis.
- Fill different sized canisters with chemistry and package as a finished good product.
- Perform inspection of complete product to ensure proper quality standards.
What you'll need
- Knowledge of sublimation, decon, valve building, harvesting, fill and morph solids.
- The ability to keep up with daily production demands.
- Accountability to have good attendance and consistent daily performance.
- Discipline to follow work instructions and standard operating processes.
- A dedication to excellence by being proactive with tasks to keep processes going.
- A commitment to operating safely and with the highest quality standards.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive).
- Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field.
- Previous chemical handling experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- SAP experience.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45000.
