About the role
This role involves leading the NPI BP team to ensure global BP processes are strictly implemented and managing NPI plans in the Fab based on product introduction schedules and qualification progress.
What you'll do
- Lead the NPI BP team and facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Implement Global BP processes and meticulously record all evidence, highlighting and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate the accurate signing off and recording of transfer documents.
- Manage NPI BP benchmarks and prepare 4-UP if targets are not met.
- Adjust NPI plans in Fab based on product introduction schedules and Qual progress.
- Develop yield curves for each NPI DID, leveraging AI to build models.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in NPI BP and technology development.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AI-based model development.
- Knowledge of Global BP procedures.
- Previous audit representation experience.
- Expertise in CMOS corner sample management.
