What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and data teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows into software development and engineering processes.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and implement scalable solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI developer tools, frameworks, and software engineering trends.
- Contribute to automation initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity improvements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 2.5+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools and GenAI frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, and frontend framework like React, Vue.
