About the role
This role supports the pre-production rollout of new products within the FPGA Business Unit, collaborating across Test Engineering, Package Engineering, Yield Enhancement, Qualification, and Operations. You will support product rollout for programmable logic solutions including PolarFire FPGA and RISC-V based PolarFire SoC families.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate early engineering builds in support of validation. - Manage inventory and coordinate Early Sample (ES) and pre-production (PP) builds in support of family rollout, stocking plans, and pre-production forecasts. - Monitor package test yields through statistical analysis and work on enhancements to meet test goal targets. - Manage production holds to enable customer shipments and revenue. - Develop scripts to monitor yields, track builds, and identify bottlenecks, reporting status to the rollout team.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. - 0 to 1+ years of experience working in product engineering, product planning, or program management. - Hands-on experience with data management tools like KLA and JMP. - Knowledge of solid-state physics and microelectronics. - Proficiency with scripting languages such as TCL, PERL, Python, C, C++, or Visual Basic.

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
