About the role
This role involves coordinating and performing physical and electrical failure analyses for internal and external customers. You will contribute to a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) expanding production capacity with a new semiconductor chip factory.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and perform physical and electrical failure analyses.
- Prepare professional failure analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify failure root causes and define corrective actions.
- Continuously develop and optimize failure analysis procedures, methodologies, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with analysis turnaround times and maintain high-quality failure analysis reports.
- Coordinate and oversee activities related to reliability monitoring and product reliability.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor technology, microelectronics, or semiconductor physics.
- Several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
