About the role
As an Embedded Software Intern, you will be involved in the development and testing of the Ambiqsuite SDK on Ambiq SOC devices and emulation platforms, focusing on MCU software development and verification activities.
What you'll do
- Develop and verify hardware adaptation layer (HAL) and board support package (BSP) of the SDK.
- Develop SDK examples and test cases for HAL and BSP reliability and correctness.
- Analyze reported issues to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Create and enhance automation scripts in Python for SDK development.
What you'll need
- Experience with MCU software development.
- Familiarity with hardware adaptation layer (HAL).
- Experience with device drivers.
- Knowledge of board support package (BSP).
- Hands-on debugging for embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Python.
