About the role
This role is responsible for electrical test performance of all Fab25 products, owning issues, resolutions, and continuous improvement for Wafer Electrical Test (WET) and wafer level reliability (WLR).
What you'll do
- Investigate WET issues and parameter shifts by finding root cause using statistical methods and electrical analysis. - Collaborate on improvements with Fab process engineers and product engineers responsible for SORT yield. - Conduct electrical failure analysis using bench testers to determine failure signatures and submit failure analysis jobs for further investigation. - Own wafer level reliability (WLR) testing across structures, investigate WLR failures, and implement WLR projects across all technologies. - Apply Statistical Process Control and Cp/CpK calculations to monitor test performance and support continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- STEM-related BS degree plus 5 years related experience, MS degree plus 3 years related experience, or PhD degree with 0-1 years related experience. - Demonstrated technical knowledge of device physics and transistor fundamentals. - Demonstrated technical expertise in product, performance, data analysis, and testing characterization. - Demonstrated ability to organize and lead projects.
Nice to have
- Experience working with testers and electrical testing methodologies. - Experience with WET and/or WLR.
