About the role
This role involves serving as the technical and strategic partner for a select portfolio of Keysight’s largest enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Develop and lead technical customer-success plans aligning Keysight’s EDA solutions with customer design workflows, engineering priorities, and business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with engineers, senior technical leaders, and executive stakeholders across strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive software adoption through regular technical training, workshops, and other customer-engagement programs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Keysight’s EDA portfolio and provide credible technical guidance during customer discussions, product evaluations, and complex design engagements.
- Lead Technical Review Meetings (TRMs) and communicate customer progress, risks, requirements, and opportunities to customer stakeholders and internal Keysight teams.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Keysight, communicating software defects, product requirements, and enhancement opportunities to product and development organizations.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Eight or more years of relevant engineering, applications engineering, or EDA industry experience.
- Five or more years of hands-on engineering experience using EDA software to model, simulate, analyze, or solve real-world electronic design problems.
- Specialized technical depth in one or more relevant areas, such as RF and microwave design, RFIC, electronic system-level design, high-speed digital, semiconductor design, or process design kits (PDKs).
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer design flows, identify technical gaps, troubleshoot design challenges, and lead or perform software evaluations and benchmarks.
- Experience leading complex technical projects or programs across multiple contributors, functions, and priorities.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Significant hands-on experience with Keysight EDA solutions such as ADS, RFPro, SystemVue, IC-CAP.
- Experience working in complex enterprise engineering environments or supporting large, strategically important customer accounts.
- Customer-facing experience in applications engineering, technical consulting, customer success, or solutions engineering.
- Experience integrating EDA tools into established customer design flows and driving adoption across multiple engineering teams or locations.
- Broad knowledge across multiple EDA technologies.
