About the role
The EBO Manufacturing Department is responsible for monitoring mask manufacturing and repair processes, process analysis, and collaborative solutions. This role is based at the 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix, Arizona.
What you'll do
- Work onsite in a clean room environment on 12–13-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week, wearing clean room garments while standing and walking. - Monitor integrated systems to ensure proper functioning of automated tools and track processing times. - Respond to error messages for tools or masks and perform troubleshooting according to SOP. - Execute daily department functions, including data collection, analysis, tracking, and documentation. - Deliver detailed pass-down notes to the incoming shift and maintain staffing coverage during production hours. - Rotate work responsibilities across 4 sections of mask reticle modules covering process, clean, inspection, and repair.
What you'll need
- High school Diploma or GED. - 2+ years of experience working in a team environment with a common goal. - Fundamental computer skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Ability to wear a clean room suit while standing or walking for a 12-hour shift in the fab. - Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- AAS Degree or Technical Certificate. - Work experience in a manufacturing setting.
