About the role
TSMC Arizona is looking for an EBO Manufacturing Engineer to join the 5-nanometer fab located in Phoenix, Arizona. The EBO-AZ organization is responsible for EUV and Optical mask making, covering mask writing, inspection, repair, cleaning, and metrology technology.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting and supervise technicians in the Arizona mask making fab. - Report daily manufacturing output and continuously improve operational performance. - Collaborate and communicate with EBO engineers across time zones in Arizona and Taiwan. - Work on-duty one day per month.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific field. - Experience supervising or managing a team. - Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams. - Fluency in English. - Ability to work on-duty one day per month and coordinate across time zones.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
