About the role
This role involves supporting product definition and planning through production and release as a Parametric Test Technician. This position provides process and product support to engineering and manufacturing groups within a cleanroom environment.
What you'll do
- Manage, troubleshoot, and improve parametric test programs in a production environment.
- Evaluate test program issues and implement improvements.
- Technically evaluate and disposition manufacturing lots on the probe floor.
- Review wafer maps to identify yield issues and report findings.
- Monitor the test floor to address hardware issues, test program issues, and prober device file issues.
- Support maintenance and troubleshoot probe cards.
What you'll need
- High School diploma/GED.
- Two years of semiconductor experience as a Technician OR eight years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
- Ability to work a 12 hour compressed work schedule.
- Ability to work a day shift including one weekend shift and holidays.
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Understanding of fab processing.
- Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues.
- Organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
