About the role

The Technical Program Manager works with a team of program managers, account managers, and customer service teams to manage technical customer engagements and first-level technical support. The role focuses on aligning customer packaging requirements with factory capabilities, guiding packaging strategies, and overseeing new product introductions.

What you'll do

- Act as the technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts and guide customer packaging strategies for performance and cost. - Manage new product introductions (NPI) with factory teams, driving orders for tooling and substrates to ensure execution. - Guide materials and package development roadmaps based on customer requirements. - Create and analyze DOEs to support customer data gathering needs on new products while balancing resources. - Resolve technical issues across packaging, processing, and materials between customers and factory teams. - Support customer quality initiatives by driving audits, process change notices (PCN), and 8D follow-up.

What you'll need

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field such as Materials Science. - Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of processes, materials, and applications for semiconductor packaging. - Demonstrated program management skills supporting customer engagements on a daily basis. - Proficiency with SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Flexibility to work across both US and Asian business hours, with 10% to 25% domestic and international travel.

Nice to have

- Fluency in the Korean or Vietnamese language.
