About the role
This position will play a key role in the growth and improved profitability of the Datacenter & Communications BU through management of optical transceiver product lines.
What you'll do
- Manage P&L and financial performance, including revenue and gross margin.
- Drive design wins and market share for products.
- Provide sales support, translating customer requirements into product offerings.
- Manage the product life cycle, from new development projects to production.
- Support operations in forecasting, revenue planning, and cost reduction activities.
- Assist marketing in defining product strategy and developing launch collateral.
What you'll need
- BA or BS in Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in Product Management/Engineering Leadership in the materials or related industry.
- Deep understanding of high-speed optical transceivers and related technology.
- Familiarity with hyperscale and switch/ASIC vendor ecosystems.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial instruments: P&L, balance sheet, income statement.
