About the role
This role leads product management, portfolio vision, and roadmaps for the High Performance AI and Compute Power (HPAC) product line.
What you'll do
- Define and communicate product strategy, portfolio vision, and roadmaps for the HPAC product line aligned with compute and cloud infrastructure markets.
- Build, recruit, and manage a team of product managers, establishing success metrics, ownership, and accountability.
- Guide the development of market requirement documents, business cases, competitive analyses, and product definition for new concepts.
- Define pricing strategies, cost structures, and margin targets to optimize portfolio profitability.
- Establish scalable product management frameworks, templates, and processes for product launches, go-to-market planning, and customer engagement.
- Present product strategy, portfolio health, market opportunities, and financial projections to senior leadership and global cross-functional teams.
What you'll need
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience managing and launching products in data center, server, telecom, networking, or computing markets.
- Understanding of power management applications and products.
- Demonstrated record of driving revenue growth and market adoption.
Nice to have
- MS or MBA.
