The Director of Hyperscalers and Emerging AI – High-Performance AI and Compute owns the global strategy and growth plan for the Hyperscalers and Emerging AI segment, covering market priorities, target customers, design-win objectives, and revenue growth. The role focuses on identifying emerging technologies, market dynamics, and future power-management needs across computing and AI architectures.
What you'll do
- Own the global segment strategy, business development, and revenue growth plan across hyperscalers and emerging AI customers.
- Lead strategic customer engagements with cloud service providers to assess architectures, requirements, roadmaps, and power-management needs.
- Translate customer and market requirements into differentiated product requirements and roadmaps in partnership with Product Managers.
- Orchestrate global Sales and FAE teams from early customer engagement through design win, qualification, and revenue realization.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to guide portfolio priorities, identify portfolio gaps, and recommend new products, partnerships, or investments.
- Present segment strategy, competitive dynamics, design-win pipeline, and business outlook to senior leadership.
What you'll need
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience managing and launching products in data center, server, telecom, networking, or computing markets.
- Understanding of power management applications and products.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market adoption.
Nice to have
- MS or MBA.
