This role involves leading and directing non-technical project and program management activities within a region or related job families.
What you'll do
- Define specific project and program objectives, ensuring preliminary activities are completed for effectiveness.
- Oversee project and program completion, adhering to product/process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timeliness.
- Document all phases of project, program, and process development, disseminating information to relevant functional areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
- Optimize the utilization of material and financial resources.
- Lead research and development of new technologies, integrating new processes, designs, and methodologies into products/services.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 - 15 Years of experience
- Broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices
- Broad industry and commercial awareness
- Ability to negotiate and influence at the senior executive level and in external organizations
