About the role
This Director, HRBP role involves partnering with executives in the Sales & Marketing organization, reporting to the Vice President, HRBP for SG&A.
What you'll do
- Partner with Executive and senior level business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.
- Influence decision-making through data, insights and organizational best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, team development and change management.
- Partner across workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure the right structure, capabilities and talent for the future.
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the organization.
- Connect global design process and go-to-market partnerships to practical, scalable people process.
- Monitor organizational health metrics and implement action plans in partnership with leaders.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery across the organization.
What you'll need
- Extensive progressive HR experience, including significant time in a business partnering role supporting Executives and senior leaders.
- Strategic Partnering Skills: Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives, influencing leaders and driving outcomes.
- Global Mindset: Experience supporting international client groups and navigating matrixed and global teams.
- Executive Presence and Communication: Exceptional influencing, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of Legal and Finance functions.
- Proactive vs. Reactive: Ability to proactively identify challenges on a global scale, recommend solutions, and drive solution to completion.
- Prioritization and Execution: Ability to assess competing business needs, identify what matters most, and focus resources on the highest impact initiatives.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent.
- Master's degree or relevant certification.
