About the role
The Director, Digital Design & Verification owns end-to-end digital design and verification delivery for the site, directing technical roadmaps and program execution across mixed-signal SoC developments.
What you'll do
- Own digital design and verification delivery across all programs to achieve predictable execution and first-pass silicon success. - Establish and drive verification strategy spanning simulation, SystemVerilog/UVM, formal verification, and AMS/DMS co-simulation. - Guide architecture decisions for system control logic, power management FSMs, FW interfaces, and IP reuse. - Define and enforce sign-off criteria, including coverage metrics, CDC, lint, timing closure (STA), and DFT/scan readiness. - Build and scale the site's digital design and verification engineering organization through hiring, technical mentoring, and capability development. - Align digital and verification execution with product roadmaps, business priorities, and cross-functional teams in analog, system, FW, and test.
What you'll need
- Proven leadership experience in digital IC design and verification at scale. - Demonstrated track record of delivering complex mixed-signal SoCs end-to-end through tape-out. - Deep technical expertise in RTL design, FSM design, and system control logic. - Deep expertise in verification methodologies, including UVM, formal verification, and AMS/DMS co-simulation. - Experience establishing design practices across lint, CDC, STA timing closure, and DFT.
