About the role
NVIDIA is hiring an engineering director to enable AI adoption and agentic developments across engineering and non-engineering workflows within the company.
What you'll do
- Build industry and AI insights into AI enablement and agentic development. - Develop AI systems to improve internal productivity across software and hardware development workflows. - Produce tools, services, and blueprints for NVIDIA AI developers. - Work with cross-organizational leaders and developers, as well as external partners, to adapt and develop AI technologies.
What you'll need
- BE (MS preferred) or equivalent experience in EE, CS, or related technology fields with 15+ overall years of work experience, including 8+ years of management experience. - Deep AI knowledge and industry insights on AI technology innovations. - Proven record in AI native development, including LLM, ML, agentic development, and common AI tools from frontier providers and open-source software (OSS) communities. - Proven record in developing and executing complex products and managing teams. - Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries to align teams.
Nice to have
- Deep experience in designing and launching large software projects at enterprise scale with AI. - Strong track record in team and stakeholder management across multiple organizations.
