About the role
As a Digital IC Design Engineering intern, you will define, design, model, implement, and document analog, digital, and RF integrated circuits (ICs).
What you'll do
- Partner with business teams and system engineering to develop design specifications.
- Provide high-level analysis on chip architecture trade-offs.
- Participate in design reviews and create design and product documentation.
- Partner on IC layouts to ensure a high-performance standard.
- Characterize prototypes, develop test specifications, and coordinate with test/product engineering to drive product releases.
- Drive behavioral models.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
