This role involves supporting manufacturing operations and driving continual improvement in procedures and processes. The focus is on a 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies.
What you'll do
- Support manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes for efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
- Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including efficiency improvements, cost reduction, quality improvement programs, new product support, and other process improvements.
- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time.
- Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicate findings to the engineering staff.
- Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
- Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience as a semiconductor process engineer within Diffusion.
Nice to have
- Experience with vertical furnaces (TEL).
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
