About the role
This role involves DFT implementation and verification for complex multi-million gate Computer Vision SoCs.
What you'll do
- Implement DFT (Scan, Compression, MBIST, LBIST, Streaming Scan Network) from RTL to post-production.
- Analyze clocking schemes and implement clock control structures for at-speed scan testing.
- Develop and generate high-quality scan and MBIST patterns.
- Perform DFT verification, including post place-and-route timing simulations.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to bring up scan and MBIST patterns on ATE.
- Support silicon production activities, including failure diagnosis and test optimization.
What you'll need
- MS in Electrical / Computer Engineering or BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 1-5 years of experience in DFT implementation.
- Knowledge of DFT fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Logic design and timing.
- Knowledge of Verilog.
- Knowledge of Python.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Mentor Tessent tools.
- Knowledge of scan diagnostics.
