Perform development and verification for Flight Management system software in avionics applications. This position focuses on DO-178 DAL A verification and deriving high- and low-level requirements from system architectures.
What you'll do
- Perform DO 178 DAL A verification for avionics Flight Management systems.
- Develop High Level and Low Level requirements from system requirements.
- Analyze system-level architectural requirements to design and develop Software Requirements.
- Provide technical analysis by reviewing engineering artifacts.
- Execute test cases and test procedures, and perform Dry Run and RFS related activities.
- Generate test results and execution reports.
- Develop support utilities to reduce cycle time and enhance engineering processes.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Experience in the development and execution of test cases and test procedures.
- Experience generating test results and reports from test execution.
- Background performing Dry Run and RFS related activities.
- Experience developing support utilities for engineering workflows.
