About the role
This role provides engineering development support for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW/SAMO) and Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) filter and semiconductor products, focusing on manufacturability, specifications, and customer/data-sheet compliance.
What you'll do
- Provide engineering development support for SAW/SAMO and BAW filter and semiconductor products.
- Help establish specifications, test criteria, and ensure customer/data-sheet compliance.
- Work with Test Engineering on test implementation and determine product compliance.
- Support Quality Engineering with qualification activities and failure analysis during product development.
- Assist in high-volume production testing, fab processing, and quality engineering.
- Apply statistical and automation tools to generate limits, perform correlations, monitor KPIs, and automate analytical workflows.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the semiconductor or radio communications field.
- 2 years of experience with Acoustic RF filters, SAW and BAW.
- 2 years of experience with Radio Frequency and signal processing concepts.
- 2 years of experience with SPC data and statistics.
- 2 years of experience with semiconductor fabrication.
- 2 years of experience with High-Volume Production Test and Quality Engineering.
- 2 years of experience with statistical analysis tools including JMP and Spotfire.
- 1 year of experience applying knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes including wire bonding, SMT, ULC, flip-chip and module lamination.
- 1 year of experience supporting transition of SAW and BAW filter technologies into high volume production.
- 1 year of experience participating in 8D investigations for internal and external complaints.
