About the role
This role involves planning and executing evaluation strategies for FPGA prototypes and automotive networking ASICs. The position focuses on the ADI E2B product family.
What you'll do
- Develop, execute, analyze, and debug complex silicon test cases.
- Perform silicon measurements and characterization using lab equipment.
- Develop, prototype, and use evaluation board hardware.
- Develop automation of lab equipment.
- Prototype customer solutions on the bench.
- Identify technical risks and resolve complex issues with design, verification, applications, systems, software, and product engineering teams.
What you'll need
- Qualification in an electronic/computer engineering field.
- Strong proficiency in C and Python.
- Familiarity with analog electrical circuit theory.
- Familiarity with digital logic fundamentals.
- Familiarity with lab equipment measurements.
- Hands-on approach.
Nice to have
- Object oriented programming experience.
- Experience using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent devices.
- Experience connecting sensors or actuators to devices and using them in projects.
- Working knowledge of Ethernet and networking concepts.
- Experience using serial interfaces such as SPI, I²C, and UART.
- Ability to produce clear technical reports and present complex findings.
