DCIM Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician (Diffusion, CVD, Implant, Milling)(Night Shift)

About the role
This role involves sustaining and improving wafer fab equipment for existing and new processes in production facilities.
What you'll do
- Support new and established equipment sets and platforms.
- Apply extensive equipment knowledge and job skills to resolve complex assignments.
- Complete established procedures precisely with strict adherence to documented processes.
- Take ownership and initiative to identify, define, and address issues within the DCIM Equipment Maintenance team.
- Ensure all appropriate maintenance work order entries are made and planned maintenance tasks are completed on time.
- Work collaboratively with Equipment Engineering, Production, and Process Engineering to improve various aspects of operations.
What you'll need
- Associate of Science degree or higher in Electronics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Science, or Electro-Mechanical Technology, or equivalent military training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, mechanical, RF, plasma, microwave, hydraulic, and vacuum technologies.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong adaptability and initiative.
- Authorization to work within the U.S.
- Ability to work a night shift (12-hour shifts, rotating 3 and 4 nights per week).
Nice to have
- Classroom coursework or training in RF, plasma chemistry, electronics, physics, mechanical engineering, mechanical actuation and control, or machine control systems.
- Understanding of data-driven solutions and key performance metrics utilizing SPC, CMMS/work order system, and data mining skills.
