About the role
As a Senior Program Manager in Data Center CSP Program Management, you will lead end-to-end execution of AMD's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) data center GPU programs across contract, kickoff, build, deployment, go-live, and sustaining operations. This role oversees site readiness, rack build and validation, customer handover, fleet health, and capacity pipeline planning across CSP and Managed Data Center engagements.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of CSP and Managed Data Center GPU programs across kickoff, pre-contract, build, validate, deploy, go-live, and sustaining operations. - Drive site readiness and operations with providers, tracking energization, commissioning, RFS/COD dates, power and capacity commitments, and integration test milestones. - Manage customer deployment and handover, including cluster build, validation, burn-in, acceptance criteria, and go-live coordination across AMD, OEM/ODM, and CSP teams. - Govern fleet health, tracking nodes-in-service, RMA, and field failures while driving root-cause closure with engineering, platform, software, and supply chain teams. - Lead forward capacity pipeline planning by standardizing provider submissions into a unified data model and evaluating multi-gigawatt capacity across site readiness factors. - Build executive reporting, status dashboards, and metrics using Power BI, SharePoint, and internal CSP systems to automate program data flows.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - Progressive program management experience leading large-scale, multi-site technology programs end-to-end in a matrixed organization. - Direct experience with data center, cloud service provider, or large-scale infrastructure deployment programs, including site readiness, energization, and rack build and validation. - Demonstrated experience managing OEM/ODM, hyperscaler, or CSP partner relationships through acceptance criteria, handover, and escalation management. - Hands-on experience building data models, executive dashboards, and metrics using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and program tracking tools like Jira or MS Project. - In-depth understanding of project delivery lifecycles across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.

- Experience identifying, promoting, and adopting practical AI and AI-powered program management tooling to draw insights and improve execution velocity.
