About the role
This role is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the Metrology Equipment area, focusing on wafer fabrication equipment like 4-point probe, Atomic Force Microscopy, and CDSEM tools.
What you'll do
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and consumable changes.
- Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Metrology/Defect areas.
- Specific knowledge of Maintenance job functions.
- Solid understanding of both SPC and FDC.
- Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, crawl in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
