About the role
This role is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Metrology Equipment area, focusing on wafer fabrication equipment.
What you'll do
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and consumable changes.
- Complete documentation for equipment maintenance.
- Train others on equipment maintenance.
What you'll need
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Metrology/Defect area equipment.
- Specific knowledge of Maintenance job functions.
- Solid understanding of both SPC and FDC.
- Ability to interface with internal and external groups to ensure safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
- Ability to stand for long periods, occasionally stoop/crawl in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- AS or AAS in electronics, industrial engineering, or related field.
