About the role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build, repair, and test display and wafer fabrication equipment. This includes working directly with electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
What you'll do
- Utilize work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications, parts lists, and wire lists to build, repair, and test assemblies. - Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repair, identifying and correcting errors. - Operate test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components. - Check finished work for conformance to specifications and inspect parts for defects. - Receive parts and conduct audits to ensure all required components are available for assembly and test. - Enter progress, work expense, and labor details into computer terminals, and maintain safety and cleanroom protocols.

- Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair processes. - Ability to read and interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications, and wire lists. - Experience utilizing electronic measurement equipment, test fixtures, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps. - Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. - Capability to inspect parts for defects and verify conformance against specifications.
