About the role
This role involves rebuilding and cleaning subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, executing preventative maintenance tasks, and supporting subfab equipment on the Days 2 shift.
What you'll do
- Rebuild and clean subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. - Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and support subfab equipment. - Handle chemicals and ensure an adequate supply of consumables for rebuilding subassemblies. - Create and follow written operating and maintenance procedures. - Maintain organization within the maintenance and parts management environment using 5S principles.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent. - 2-3 years of previous equipment maintenance or parts management experience. - Understanding of electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems. - Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
