About the role
This role involves planning and executing maintenance and support activities for Applied Materials' system equipment within an assigned territory, ensuring operational quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Plan daily work schedules for Preventive Maintenance and remedial maintenance.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual periodic maintenance, including wet cleans.
- Troubleshoot and correct process variations on systems.
- Coordinate support plans with customer management and serve as the company liaison.
- Perform start-up, warranty, paid service, and service contract activities, including TIER II start-ups.
- Track equipment performance and plan uptime improvement using Statistical Process Control and Quality Improvement Process methods.
