About the role
This role involves performing standard Tier I procedures and preventative maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including wafer measurement systems. The position focuses on maintaining equipment to support advanced semiconductor chip production.
What you'll do
- Perform standard Tier I procedures including wafer measurement.
- Perform preventative maintenance and wet cleans independently.
- Disassemble, clean, and rebuild kits as part of kit management quality.
- Learn and apply diagnostic techniques using documentation and test equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems.
- Use knowledge management systems and follow IP guidelines.
What you'll need
- Ability to perform wafer measurement.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and wet cleans.
- Proficiency in disassembling, cleaning, and rebuilding kits.
- Capability to learn and apply diagnostic techniques and use documentation and test equipment.
- Skill in diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
