About the role
This role involves planning and performing preventive and remedial maintenance on system equipment within an assigned territory, ensuring operational quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute daily work schedules for preventive and remedial maintenance.
- Verify and approve the operational quality of system equipment.
- Troubleshoot and correct process variations on systems, with assistance from senior engineers.
- Serve as the company liaison with customer's front-line management on administrative and technical matters.
- Develop and implement plans to increase productivity and track equipment performance.
- Provide technical assistance to less experienced Applied personnel.
What you'll need
- Proficiency in a range of analytical processes or procedures.
- Ability to perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual periodic maintenance.
- Experience with wet cleans.
- Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control.
- Experience with Quality Improvement Process methods and terminology.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in clean room environments requiring Personal Protective Equipment.
