About the role
This role is responsible for providing support services to KLA PCB territory customers, ensuring Orbotech systems perform accurately. The position emphasizes local customer support with some travel required.
What you'll do
- Provide service support including system commissioning, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Generate close working relationships with customers to facilitate product portfolio sales.
- Accurately complete all field reports.
- Represent KLA culture and values.
What you'll need
- Solid background in electronics, mechanical engineering, vacuum technology, and Printed Circuit Board technologies.
- Ability to solve and diagnose Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic (AC and DC), and Computer issues to the component level.
- Solid understanding of WinNT, Win XP, Win7 & 10, Linux, and MS Office products.
- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
- Bachelor's Level Degree and 2 years of related work experience.
