What you'll do
- Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer sites.
- Repair and modify equipment at customer facilities.
- Troubleshoot board-level and system-level equipment issues.
- Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and provide documentation on re-occurring issues.
- Contribute to the capturing, re-use, collaboration, and improvement of knowledge using available systems.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's/associate's Level Degree or related work experience of 2 years.
