This role involves delivering customer service activities related to updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex capital equipment at customer sites.
What you'll do
- Work under the supervision of a Manager or Senior CSE to deliver high-impact work.
- Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical equipment problems on-site or remotely.
- Repair and update equipment at customer facilities to ensure operational quality.
- Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and provide documentation on recurring problems.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes for customers based on labor, travel expenses, and parts needed.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to Installation Engineers on installations or demonstration machine setup.
