About the role
This role is responsible for maintaining process equipment at optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with installations and upgrades. The position is based in the Dresden, Germany area with travel across Germany and Europe.
What you'll do
- Maintain process equipment systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using structured troubleshooting methods.
- Assist with the installation and upgrading of process equipment systems.
- Communicate directly with customers to address technical needs and maintain satisfaction.
- Follow documented best known methods and document all service work performed.
- Collaborate with a global network of technical experts across multicultural environments.
What you'll need
- Certified engineer status, a degree from an advanced technical school, or equivalent qualification.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- A full driver's license valid for Germany.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe.
