About the role
As the Customer Solutions Engineering Site Lead, you will lead an onsite multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for delivering and supporting customer-specific System Level Test solutions. You will serve as the primary onsite technical interface between the customer and internal engineering teams to drive deployment and customer readiness.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate an onsite engineering team across software quality engineering, mechanical, hardware, and software disciplines. - Partner with Software Product Management and Software Quality Engineering to plan testing and delivery of customer software releases. - Maintain onsite lab systems, test equipment, configurations, and infrastructure to support development, troubleshooting, and verification. - Lead investigations into customer test program interactions with hardware and software, coordinating root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification. - Partner with the customer to define requirements for new devices and lead the definition, design, integration, and verification of change kits and customer-specific solutions. - Work across Product, Platform, Applications, Project Management, Support, and Manufacturing to communicate status, manage technical risks, and drive commitments to closure.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment. - 3+ years in a leadership role managing complex multidisciplinary projects. - Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across multidisciplinary groups. - Willingness to travel to global customer sites approximately 10% for critical deployment phases.
