About the role
As a Customer Quality Manager, you will uncover root causes behind errors, drive transformational improvements, and implement solutions to ensure products exceed quality, reliability, and performance standards. This role focuses on device reliability within the Quality & Excellence team.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New Product Introduction and customer inquiries
- Participate in customer audits and support preparation to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and clear communication
- Manage Failure Analysis requests, interpret reports, and relay findings to customers
- Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timely analysis and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement
What you'll need
- Degree in engineering or related field and understanding of electronic devices
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices, package technologies, and device reliability
- Experience with stress testing
- Familiarity with manufacturing engineering concepts, including process control, FMEA, and OCAP
- Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, and QMS
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical information and supporting customers
Nice to have
- Experience with Failure analysis and field applications
- Experience with structured problem-solving methods such as 8D
