This role involves supporting customer quality issue resolution and process improvement within the Global Operations business group.
What you'll do
- Analyze data and conduct database searches for quality issue problem resolution.
- Standardize and improve business processes.
- Use internal databases to determine product history.
- Participate in problem solving customer quality issues.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Knowledge of basic circuit theory and statistics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
