About the role
This role supports US customers on quality assurance requests and issue resolution across pre-sales and post-sales workflows.
What you'll do
- Analyze, resolve, or escalate customer quality requirements, inquiries, and issues across pre-sales and post-sales support as a front-line interface. - Engage cross-functional teams across QA, FA, Reliability, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues and drive effective closure. - Review and refine failure analysis (FA) findings and co-develop customer-facing presentations and 8D reports. - Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. - Support new product introductions (NPI) and customer audits across US and Asia locations and sub-contractors. - Contribute to continuous improvements in quality management systems, including ISO, VDA 6.3, and IATF-16949.
What you'll need
- BSEE or a related Engineering degree. - 3+ years in semiconductor IC engineering and quality functions. - Hands-on skills in quality tools and methodologies, statistics, and structured problem-solving techniques. - Experience in at least two of the following: Customer Quality Engineering, Quality Management Systems, Automotive Quality, Reliability Engineering, Failure Analysis, Product Engineering, or Production Quality Control. - Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, IC test fundamentals, and how ATE test correlates with device behavior and quality. - Working knowledge of IC silicon/package structures, reliability, FA processes, testing tools, and reporting.
