About the role
This role involves providing technical support for Palladium, Protium, and Virtual Protocol (PDAPP) products within the HSV Engagement/Support Team.
What you'll do
- Work with customers on performance tuning.
- Refine advanced compiler features with R&D.
- Train customers in deploying advanced compiler features.
- Handle issues reported by field AEs and customers.
- Debug customer reported failures, produce test cases, and log issues with HSV R&D teams.
- Test R&D fixes/patches and new product features.
What you'll need
- MS-EE/CE with 8+ years in design and/or verification of complex digital designs, or Applications engineering/technical support.
- Strong knowledge of design debug techniques and logic design.
- Strong knowledge of verification methodologies for complex EDA environments.
- Expertise in HDL languages like Verilog, System Verilog, and VHDL.
- Expertise in Unix/Linux scripting languages (ksh/bash/csh/perl).
- Expertise in TBA, SV assertions/coverage, and Low Power (CPF/UPF).
Nice to have
- UVM experience.
- Experience with emulation, Cadence's Palladium/Protium product.
