This Customer Application Engineer position involves supporting key memory customers and driving the design-in of products. The role focuses on customized/non-customized Power Management IC products for the memory market, specifically DIMM market.
What you'll do
- Communicate with memory customers to understand market, technology, product roadmap, and production plans.
- Understand and provide technical support for customer questions, concerns, and requests.
- Plan action items to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments like design, quality, package, and failure analysis teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and secure the design-in of products.
What you'll need
- Previous experience in customer communication and support.
- Previous experience as an application engineer or technical field application engineer.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve design-in success.
- BSEE or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with products below 30V for voltage range.
- Experience with products below 100W for power range.
