About the role

As a CSA Construction Management Engineer, you will ensure civil, structural, and architectural designs comply with applicable local codes, standards, and project specifications.

What you'll do

• Assist with allocation and monitoring of construction materials and on-site resources.
• Coordinate site logistics by arranging deliveries and maintaining site access routes.
• Facilitate communication and integration between various construction contractors.
• Prepare and submit documentation for construction-related permits.
• Review contractor payment applications and change order requests.
• Support implementation of safety and quality procedures by conducting routine site observations and reporting non-conformities.
• Perform site inspections and maintain accurate daily documentation.
• Monitor design consultant progress to confirm alignment with project milestones.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field plus 1 year of experience in an engineering role; OR Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field plus 3 years of experience in an engineering role.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Project.
• 1 year of experience with AutoCAD.
• 1 year of experience with Revit.
• 1 year of experience with Facility management.
• 1 year of experience with geotechnical analysis.
• 1 year of experience with CSA construction.
• 1 year of experience with Heavy Civil & structure design and construction management.
• 1 year of experience with IBC/AASHTO Design or Construction.
