About the role
This role involves leading the design analysis and methodologies for memory blocks and data path subsystems within Intel's P-Core design team.
What you'll do
- Enable methodology for memory blocks to achieve over 5GHz frequency and low-power digital designs with optimal area.
- Work closely with Layout and Floor planning teams.
- Implement new features in back-end design.
- Perform Memory post silicon analysis.
What you'll need
- Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience.
- In-depth understanding of memory design concepts (SRAM/RF/ROM).
- Expertise in Static timing analysis concepts.
- Good understanding of statistical variation.
Nice to have
- Technical expertise in synthesis, P and R tools.
- Digital Design Experience, with High Speed, Low Power.
- Familiarity with Verilog.
- Tcl, Perl, Python scripting.
- Good understanding of spice simulations and analysis.
