About the role
This role supports the sales team with tool configuration and specification alignment, developing and aligning Non-Standard Requests (NSRs) with product groups.
What you'll do
- Coordinate centralized customer communications for parts changes, safety alerts, and technical memos through customer change management systems.
- Facilitate ACM quote management by evaluating PCN, POA, CIP, and ECN changes and routing required workflows.
- Review BOMs and complete delta analysis to identify required changes for reuse and upgrade opportunities.
- Create and manage NSRs for unreleased products and options.
- Support NSRs for non-configurable upgrades.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent engineering experience.
- Customer facing experience relating to technical introduction and/or review.
- In-depth product knowledge on at least one of Lam equipment groups (Etch, Dep, Wets).
- Familiarity with CRM, SAP, and ACM.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- NSR (non standard request) creation.
- Presentation experience with groups and customers.
- 5 years of Field/PG/CSBG/Semiconductor experience.
