This role contributes to the development of Deep Learning algorithms for defect detection and classification, and explores Generative/Diffusion models for SEM image simulation.
What you'll do
- Research and prototype image processing and machine learning algorithms.
- Develop Deep Learning algorithms for defect detection and classification.
- Explore Generative/Diffusion models for SEM image simulation.
- Explore Generative/Diffusion models for image quality enhancement.
- Advance business priorities by delivering high-impact work.
What you'll need
- Master's or PhD Level Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Nice to have
- Working experience in Image Processing, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.
- Working knowledge in Tensorflow, Pytorch, Python, or MATLAB.
