About the role
This role enables cross-functional execution for AMD's EPYC products by driving operational efficiency and excellence across a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
What you'll do
- Establish sample plans and budget for EPYC products and create operational sample execution plans.
- Develop and share best-in-class processes to streamline and grow the organization.
- Create R&D AOP and work with finance to maintain program POR budget and analyze divergences.
- Maintain and analyze operational, resourcing, and financial data for data-driven decision-making.
What you'll need
- Experience in developing and executing operational plans in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Familiarity with data management, automation, and financial planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range financial planning.
- Expert knowledge of Python scripting, SQL, Power BI, and data automation best practices.
- Formal project management education, PMP / Scrum Master.
